Where are products delivered from?
The products are delivered directly from manufacturers of Italy, Germany, Poland, Russia, China, Turkey, and UAE. We are official distributors of such internationally recognized brands as BOSCH, DeWalt, Makita, Stanley, Black&Decker, Annovi Reverbery, Nuova Battipav, KIPOR, Interskol and many others.
KRINXXI plans to set up its first retail shop in 2014 at 276 Biyankhu St., (cross of streets of Ryskulov and Kuderin). The shop will have a wide range of the company and you will able to make a retail purchase of any products.
The warranty period shall run since the date of sale and is 12 months. During the warranty period, all assembly defects made by manufacturer are eliminated free of charge. The warranty maintenance and repair of products is carried out in accordance with requirements and standards of the manufacturer on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan only at service centers, organized by «KRINXXI» LLP.
The service maintenance of KRINXXI’s tools and equipment is carried out by the service center, which performs its warranty maintenance and after sales services, repair and diagnostics at 48 Bokeykhanov St., tel,, +7 727 297 47 95.

Delivery in Almaty is made free of charge to the consolidated cargo transport unit or the customer’s vehicle. Regional deliveries are paid by the customer. If necessary, our managers coordinate logistics.
